I folded the ends together with the adhesive sides outward and pressed the case and tablet together. It tears quite easily and is nice and wide. So, I pulled the tape off of the roll tearing it to about five inches long. I had been using velcro to attach them together and it worked for a while but the sticky back has become less effective and the case separates from the tablet. Ever since I pulled the tablet off of the case years ago, the magnetic buttons have never held together like they did when new. It Worked! I have also used it on my old Samsung tablet and the case it came with when purchased. I have used it on the back of a picture frame where the corners meet to hold it together.
